All services are subject to site conditions and may vary based on access, safety concerns, or weather conditions.
Service availability may be limited by geographic location. We reserve the right to refuse service for any unsafe, inaccessible, or non-permitted location.

2. Quotes, Pricing & Payment

Quotes provided through the website, SMS messages, or other digital communications are estimates only and may be adjusted following onsite inspection. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to beginning work.

  • Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • If deposits are collected (online or otherwise), they are subject to a minimum 24-hour cancellation requirement.
  • Failure to provide access to the project location at the scheduled time may incur a charge.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice unless approved in a signed agreement.

3. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Scheduled service times are approximate and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
  • Missed or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe conditions or operational constraints.

4. Consent for SMS/MMS & Automated Voice Calls

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receiving SMS, MMS, and automated voice calls (including via IVR systems) through Twilio or similar providers for purposes including scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and promotional offers (where permitted).

  • Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • To opt out of SMS/MMS, reply STOP at any time.
  • To opt out of automated or live calls, notify the caller or contact us directly.
  • You certify that the phone number provided belongs to you and is accurate.

5. User Responsibilities

Our maximum liability for any claim related to services is limited to the cost of the service performed.
